Lukas Graham

As you may have figured out, I love music. Hence, part of the title of my blog and I just love discovering new music and talent. Lukas Graham became one of my favorite artists over the past year. The first song that I remember from him and a song that really made him a success was the song "7 Years." I absolutely love this song, but have you ever been in a situation when you get stuck on just one song by an artists so you can't really call yourself a fan of a musician if you just know only one of their popular songs, so for me I thought it was important to go on YouTube and listen to some more of his music and what I found out is that Lukas Graham is a rare talent. He may be a white boy from Denmark, but one thing is for sure: That boy has soul. For me, I like unique, soulful, and different music. Don't get me wrong, I also love music that doesn't really have a meaning but is fun to listen to but Lukas Graham is just plain awesome. Since I discovered him there hasn't really been a song that I disliked. I would have to say that my favorites though are "7 Years," "Mama Said," "Red Wine," and "Funeral." In a later blog I'll have to go into a deeper analysis of  some of these songs and what I find intriguing about them. Don't be hesitant to discover new artists and new music. It's well worth it!
